I met this new friend on a beach in Mobay , Jamaica.. Being the forward, inquisitive guy I am .. I asked him to tell me a bit about being Rastafarian.. He explained he ate Organically , prayed 5 x a day, believed in Emperor Halai Sallasee of Ethiopia’s laws, and handed me a Pot brownie.. I ate 1/4 of it ... and got 8 straight hours of sleep, the first time I Slept More Than 3-4 hours in 1 night, Since being in NYC on 9-11-2001 , Almost 7+years before... That was the last time I slept so much in 1 night, also ...
