Shock and Awe

Description

It was a really hot afternoon today. The bee was resting on the blossoms sticking his tongue in and out, in and out, in and out. I think he was a little drunk. I slowly lifted my lens in front of his face. After about 20 seconds he realized I was there, raised his antennae from a flat position down around his eyes to straight up and narrowed his focus on my lens. Just a wonderful second in time.
