Painted Tongue

Salpiglossis, commonly known as painted tongue or velvet trumpet. I found this specimen in a shaded area of our local botanical gardens about 10 days ago. It was new to me. In researching, I think we're probably at the edge of the regions where it can be grown successfully outdoors.
