Hands ~ It's so easy to be overpowered by negative thinking. The disappointment of feeling you haven't done enough or feeling you aren't good enough. So my image this week is the contrast of strength & weakness & the bruises & scars overtime as we wrestle w/ those feelings. I especially love this verse in the Holy Bible that says... "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness." ~ Isaiah 41:10 This single image setup was taken horizontally and rotated vertically in post. I desaturated the color of the hands as I am fair and he is dark. I used indirect lighting & a self timer F5.6 3.20 seconds iso100 @ 27mm tripod w/ extending arm overhead
