I love impressionism, and ever since being inspired by the work of Freeman Patterson many years ago, I've tried to tried to bridge photography and impressionism This is a 1.3 second intentional camera movement photo. Just a crop, a bit of texture in Lightroom, used Adobe Vivid profile without other general saturation or vibrancce increase, but then added a VERY slight tweak saturation of blue and red to bring them out for balance.
