Description

So this is a fun and easy one to do. It is suppose to look like the color is coming off of the subject, that it is moving so fast. This is just done by basic PS brushes and the smudge tool. So you cut out a subject, place it on a black background, use the eye dropper tool to match the color on your subject, then just dot and smudge until you like it!
