Gold Nugget Days

Description

In Paradise California in 1859 a gold nugget that weighed 54 pounds was found, so every April (the month it was found) the town celebrates Gold Nugget Days with a Parade, and a weekend celebration with all kinds of fun things to do. We lived there for 27 years until the Camp Fire on 11/8/18 took our town away. It is rebuilding slowly but surely!
