Whiskers

This week we look at subjects that are either 'delicate' or photographed in such a way to look delicate. My intent was to create 'delicate' by using a shallow depth of field & soft focus. Did you know whiskers enable a cat to detect the precise location, size & texture of an object, even in the dark & can gauge whether it can fit into a tight space just by brushing them against an object. Whiskers can also detect changes in air currents, helping cats avoid dangers & depending on their position, can indicate the pet's mood as being a contented cat :) or a grumpy cat :( They seem to be a super power for the cat family.... Our Creator, Jehovah God is truly an amazing Designer! My kitty Gulliver is my model this week. My settings were F1.4 1/50 iso 100 @ 50mm w/ Canon 50mm lens
