Well, they look quite delicious and, really, elegant in this light. They remind me in their looks and probable ingredients of a sandwich that's made only in eastern Nebraska - one called a Runza. Absolutely delicious. Not with sauerkraut, but cooked cabbage - which I wouldn't eat in any other recipe normally. #11753272
