Making cost free energy in Denzlingen, Germany

Also in Denzlingen they use waterwheels in many of the canals. This one was used by the library and a restaurant next door. They have a meter that records the Kilowatts and Kilowatt hours thus again conserving energy from fossil fuels and using free resources.
