Where Seldom Is Heard A Discouraging Word

Description

The old folk song "Home On The Range" says the 'sky is not cloudy all day', however in Virginia our weather lately seems to be full of surprises. Snow is expected later tonight and I absolutely LOVE to see the snow! This image is my backyard view with the Blue Ridge Mountains in the distance. I never tire looking at it, it is my backyard studio and I feel so blessed to have such a beautiful natural environment. Jehovah God is an amazing Landscaper! This is three bracketed exposures combined into one, giving a high dynamic range of light and colors. My base image settings were F14 1/60 iso 200 at 24mm on a tripod. Combined into one using Photomatix Essentials.
