This is a common Green Frog in my garden pond. Its lower jaw markings do look a "bit" like teeth. Many frogs do have vestigial teeth in their upper jaw and the roof of their mouth These are used only to grip on "food" before swallowing it whole. A few carniverous frogs have teeth on the lower jaw.
