Thank you so very much Gord, Tammy Nancy, John, John and Terry for your time and kind words. I really appreciate it!
Yeah I love the Super close ups and the lens allows me to do just that. However it's manual focus and I use it hand held so it's a challenge often a lot of failure and frustration but I love the results when I get one. This is a pest here funnily enough but still so beautiful in its details and colour. Thanks again guys :) #11576021

Good grief, Hayden...I can barely see them much less shoot 'em! :) Phenomenal macro work - the eyes are a surprising palette of beautiful colors (I never knew!) and the details superb. You've given us a glimpse into the world of the very small, something the human eye isn't capable of seeing - and I for one, will think twice before swatting another fruit fly. :) Excellent, excellent work! #11576125

Thank you kindly Joanna for your time and kind words I really appreciate it! :)
Val - Yeah the funny thing is they're pests here and apparently quite good at destroying fruit. However look at those eyes! such interesting details shouldn't be squished haha. That's what I want to do is show a world so beautiful and intricate but often missed or in this case squished. Thank you so much for the kind words and comment as always Val, I am glad you like the photo, and thanks for taking the time and commenting. I'm glad its shown something usually unseen and I'm happy it has gotten such a good response. :) Thanks again! #11576144
