Description

I took this image just over 3 years ago. The local craft ladies were in the process of knitting a warm woollen pullover for this tree, which was just outside their craft centre store’s door.
When we revisited last year, all the wool was gone. We asked what had happened, and the story was that in the following spring, the local birds found some colourful soft warm wool to line their nests with. There was not a trace of wool left on the tree after that!
