Hearts and Flowers

Description

Variation of my earlier post with birds bokeh. This was my 1st try with a simpler setup in outdoor light. I used my 50mm lens with a heart cutout taped directly to the lens. At f2, it has a very short depth of field and gives great circles of bokeh at a short distance (about 4 feet here) from the point of focus (only 1 ft from the lens). Nikon 50mm, f2.0, 1/80 sec, ISO 800, manual focus

Very pretty and creative, Wally. I'll bet a lot of us will be playing with this technique! #11459715
