The Volunteer

I photographed the (Philadelphia) American Red Cross Red Ball gala 2016 event last weekend as a volunteer--along with an army of photographers from Red Cross, as well as various media professionals. This was a shot I took of a working volunteer before the event began. Just checking exposure. Afterwards, I converted to b&w, and then modified a Nik Silver Efex preset to achieve this look.
