Second Place - Elements of Design - January 2016

Image of a ladle (the sphere) on paper (the plane). I did a little light painting during exposure to remove most of the shadows.
Black and white conversion and minor adjustments in PS CC.

Exif: F Number: 22, Exposure Bias Value: 0.67, ExposureTime: 20/1 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 100, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 100.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 70D
