Sea of Roses (Black and White)

Uploaded: October 18, 2015

Description

I recently purchased a bouquet of 100 roses for my finance (it was her birthday), and I couldn't resist taking a photo! I did use a tripod and the self-timer for this one. Since my indoor lighting wasn't great, it really came in handy. Black and white fit the photo much better than color, because it brings out the shapes and forms of the roses. With color, there was simply too much red!

Exif: F Number: 5.6, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/2 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 100, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 85.00 mm, Model: NIKON D610
