"Love Park" -- LAST LOOK!
Uploaded: April 26, 2015 | Entered: April 26, 2015 04:03:45
This is "Love Park," easily the most iconic landmark in Philadelphia. The famous Art Museum (and its "Rocky Steps") can be seen in the far distance. It is a mile away! I haven't been able to discover why the fountain was green on April 24...maybe Arbor Day? Anyway take a good look because the park will be completely redesigned in the coming months, and the fountain as we know it now will disappear. The LOVE sculpture will stay, though it will likely be moved.

Such a beautiful capture and I too wonder why in the world they would want to change anything? #11292633frank w. degenhardt April 26, 2015 0
Always changing, nothing stays the same. But the look they are taking away is so beautiful, love the love sign, the fountain, trees in bloom. Beautifully composed. #11292720Carol L. Fowler April 27, 2015 0
Reminds me of Savannah when they dye the fountains and river green for St. Patrick's Day! #11292886
