Description

The tropics offer so many wonderful treats, and here is just one of them! The ubiquitous coconut has so many uses and is a great sustaining food for the people of these areas. They can also be very dangerous if you happen to be in the path of a falling one! The lunch time siesta is not best taken under a coconut palm!! This photo taken on Mystery Island, South Pacific, during one of our recent cruises.

My favorite way to shoot a tree, under and up! The beautiful blue sky is a wonderful contrast to the green palm leaves! #11287326

Like your pov and your title equally, Phil! The sun on the palm fronds does a great job of dazzling the viewer.Your description of Mystery Island sounds very relaxing ~ not much to worry the brain about, except getting brained by a coconut! #11287503
