Meet Jack our newest rescue

First my kitty Tinkerbell is recovering nicely as is Tiger. Opossums are North America's only marsupial and he earth oldest surviving mammal family. They have thumbs on there back feet. They are a lower risk to humans than dogs and cats. They do not carry rabies, they eat anything and are great at catching rats, snakes, cockroaches and anything it can catch. The males are called Jack and the females Jill. This is Jack. They leave the pouch at 4 month. Few survive to become adults. This one has been hanging around for about a month and is probably 5 months old.
He lives in the garage and under the couch on the back porch.
My deepest condolences to Marijana on her tragic loss of Maza.
