Pearl Necklace

Description

This was taken at a low shutter speed. I bracketed this several times before I achieved this. The background is natural; it is the marsh behind my boat. Hope you enjoy this for it's simplicity as I do.

I think you did a fantatic job. I spent a good 30 min. one day trying to capture just the right shot of a web and spider. it poses a challenge when you have a certain "shot" in mind.

Thanks Melanie. Truth is I shot about 90 exposures before getting this. Most didn't work or didn't have the a decent composition to them. Also the background was critical and many didn't work because of noise. Happy with this one and glad you understand what it took to get it. thanks for your time as well! #2069745

Jane, I have always wanted to see a spider web with dew because I have heard that it is beautiful. It most certainly is, and your shot makes much of it. I also love the marsh in the background, it really adds contrast. #2102361
