I really like the perspective here, Dee! I love how it looks as if it were done in Sepia tones! Neat angle!

Thank you, Katrina. This one was done the same day as the other "creepy" one. But I didn't quite get that scary thing this time. I was actually disappointed in how it turned out initially.

Actually, no filter or color change applied. The church has these pastel type touches that came across as you see it here. It really is a gorgeous church.

I'm glad you like it! #2070558

This is a beautiful building, great capture!!!
However, it does seem to be a bit on the dark side, you night try lightening it a bit. but thats just a thought.

Collette,

Thank you so much. It really is a beautiful church. I had been aiming for a dark, gothic look because of hte clouds but missed the mark. Sigh. It definitely is too dark. #2084057

Hi Dee - I had to go check out your gallery and as soon as I saw this - my eyes got real wide with excitement - Florence!!!! I have my own shots of this Duomo, but not from this perspective - very cool! #2091755

Thank you, Sandra and Tina.

Tina, I took one look at your gallery and I thought "Oh, she's drawn to the same sort of images I want to capture!" I spent a long time in the cemetary at San Miniato walking among the gravestones. It's a gorgeous city and I look forward to going back. #2092497
