Thanks, Tamera. This sequence of images was sumbitted fro a course here at BetterPhoto. Here is the missing story:

I was with my camera club at DeSoto Falls State Park in Mentone Alabama in August. It was mid-afternoon and we had been shooting all day when we arrived at the falls. Vivian (a fellow camera club member) and I set up our tripods and started getting wide angle shots of the falls (whenever the sun would duck behind the clouds). Before long, a couple of dudes waded out into the area just under the falls. I suggested that we pull out our long telephoto lenses and shoot them. I got a few shots that I liked, and then I noticed Carl, another one of our club mates, standing at the top of the falls, shooting close-ups and reflections. So I got a few shots of him. Meanwhile, the dudes had left, and a young couple waded out into the falls. So I started shooting them. At this point I said to Vivian, “You know it would be really neat if they kissed.” Thirty seconds later, they kissed, and I was ready. Vivian was fiddling with her camera settings and missed the shot. By using varying focal lengths to explore the falls, I ended up with four fairly decent photos, and I never moved my tripod. #2039131
