Guarding Our Future

Uploaded: November 04, 2005

Description

f32@ 1/10, Sigma 28-70 f2.8, Lexar 1GB FC near Fort Frances, Ontario. In northwestern Ontario there is recent concern that forests are being cut down faster than regeneration can take place solely for the purpose of providing raw resources for a dying paper industry. This image is dedicated to the future of our forests here and else where on this planet.

WONDERFUL image AND sentiments, Bill!! :o) I worry about the sheer lack of concern by SO many, about SO much in this world, these days... :o(

I'm not sure how you achieved this image, but it is VERY poignant when related to your comments, Bill... EXTREMELY well done!! :o) #338588
