Description

At the wheat harvest in Eastern Washington the wheat cannot be cut in the morning until it is dry enough. This is done by hand threshing a few stalks and chewing the kernels to check for crunchiness.

LOL! Tell me about it. I was riding on the outside of the combine while unloading the wheat when the wind shifted and the chaff hit me like a ton of bricks. What a mess. :o)
