Description

Protective mother gorilla Kijivu held her little baby Nuru in her arms as the two-month-old raised his hand to his head and began to doze. Kijivu was born in Apeldoorn and then lived in Sydney. In 2003 she moved to the Prague zoo. Nuru,which means light in Swahili, is her 4th offspring.
