...in August....(not that I'm rushing the Season :) Found this red dragonfly hanging onto a cypress tree branch at Zilker Botanical in Austin.

Since resubs are now allowed, thought I'd give this one another go-around! Entered into: D&M

Exif: F Number: 5.6, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/640 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 400, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 100.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 5D Mark III

Val, I am so jealous. I have tried so many times to get just one good shot of the dragonflies in my yard. I can't seem to convince them to pose or the lighting is never right.
