Michelle, Rocky is a fashion bug! He wears his "ADOPT ME" bandana in hopes a loving family will adopt him. He is a "saved from death row" puppy that was treated back to health from a nasty case of mange.
He is not only a fashion bug, he is a love bug, too! I'll see if I can attach his before photo. #10793266
