Durnstein, Austria

Uploaded: July 29, 2013

Description

This is another view of the romantic medieval town of Durnstein on the Danube. In the Wachau Valley of Austria it is famous for its wine vineyard (on the right) and apricots. To the left the monastic Parish Church with its classic blue baroque tower and the ruins of the Kunringerburg Castle high on the hill. I have been away from BP due to heavy work load. Will catch up as I can.

I really appreciate you taking the time to give us a layout of what the picture is all about.
