Description

the only way this unfortunate man knows how to earn pity/money in this very impoverished corrupt and overly populated and poorly run nation
is to lay prostrate on the street, in his own saliva /drool for hours. At times he will scream ALLAH! but most of the time for as long as i watched him he remained silent. At the corner of his eye he did watch me inviting me to throw in a few TAKAS for the photos i was getting.

This is the ongoing portraiture of human pain i shoot.
humans who have no advocates
humans who have no money
humans who lay and live in filth
humans whose limitations are such that they depend on alms for food
humans who appear inhumane to the WESTERN eye
humans who Westerners have absolutely no clue as to why or how this is happening
humans who traipse the Asian subcontinent and do whatever they must do to kill the pain of hunger.
