Description

Towards the end of May in the Village of Izena the hills are covered with millions of hydrangea flowers. This photo was taken last year at the festival using a Pentax KD10, tripod and Sigma 10-20 at 13mm. May 23, 2012 at 10:37AM f/22 1/20 ISO 100. Over 30 years ago, the woman living in the orange-tiled roof house began converting tangerine fields into this beautiful garden. She is a beautiful lady, too and, just a few years shy of being 100 years old, she keeps tending the garden ! Contest Category: Flowers
