Several layers used and various effects and filters applied in ps, photosuite, and vp. (including oil painting filter on 1st layer only, radiance, and pattern texture overlay) Shifted each layer slightly to try and create a painted effect with a sense of movement -to capture the essence of a clear, breezy, autumn day. : )
