Description

---
This was shot after the firefighters had been battling this blaze for many hours. It was late morning when I arrived, and the smoke was still billowing from the retail store that was burning.
----
Though I thought at the time that the fire was nearly out (no flames), when night fell, the fire had re-ignited.
----
But by the next day, the occupants of the nearby residences were allowed to return home.

Even though we can't see the actual battle against the fire, this beautifully framed shot brings it all to us, with the smoke, crisscrossing yellow tapes, and engines. #10654488
