I am glad to announce that this particular photo of mine and another one with a similar theme - flowers, with effects added with Adobe PS. are up and hanging at one of the best hotels in Lahore, Pakistan - at the AVARI Lahore. This photo is from the KIMS restaurant inside the Hotel. I'm grateful for the interest I've been able to generate by posting my work on this site. Thanks Jim!

The work is on display and for sale.

I am glad to annouce that both these prints have been sold to Kitchen Cuisine, Lahore!:) Kitchen Cuisine is a very fine bakery in Pakistan. These particular prints are hanging at their MM Alam Road Outlet in Lahore. This is the same place where I took the Cherry Cheese Cake Picture! Adorable food here. Thank you Ms Sadia Noon and Mr. Fidah Hussain of Kitchen Cuisine. #210610

Thank you Debbie! I couldn't have done it without the support of kind people like yourself. I remember thinking whether I should get these two printed and then one day I got a comment from Joann Tompkins-Winborn and in her comment thats exactly what she felt I should do. I felt a door opening and after selling these yesterday I feel I have much to thank everyone here. Debbie I saw you gallery just now. Your pictures are so beautiful, I'm so happy for you, you have a magical eye for things. Keep it up!!!:) Thanks for dropping in again and thank you Joann!
And Debbie, your family might think you're crazy..hahah...but everyone loves a crazy photographer in the end, especially one as good as you! #210977

Thank you Murtaza...I think you're right, in the end my family gets a kick out of their crazy Mom!! I must say, you have inspired me to start printing (I've been afraid to take the next step) and maybe putting a portfolio together (I've had a portfolio sitting in my closet for 6 months still boxed as it was sent to me!). Thanks and many, many congrats to you!! ;>) #211232

I really encourage you to print your work, besides the joy in seeing your work enlarged one gets to learn so much about different kinds of paper, their costs, how pasting the work helps (so it doesn't bend up because cold and damp weather) and framing options. A Photography professor at the National College of Arts here in Lahore is such a help when I want to print my work. He's encouraging me to do an exhibition when I have enough prints - the best benefit is one gets to meet more crazy photographers when you start printing, what a treat!!:) #214360

You are so right...I know all this from my darkroom work, but this digital stuff....I don't know, it's a bit different. I guess the quantity is a bit intimidating...thanks for your encouragement and good luck in the future!! ;>) #214482
