Hi, Renee... and thanks very much for the comment. I loved shooting Deadvlei... if you can get there some time, I highly recommend it. I generally had the place to myself in the early morning and evening. Except for a bunch of mean bees who discovered I was there.

Hi, Ken - Thanks very much. This was my first time shooting in the Pacific NW and first time out with Marc. Oregon coast was amazing. Marc's workshop was incredible... he's an awesome teacher. Be prepared to get very wet if you ever do his Pacific NW workshop.

Hi, Jeanne - This is in the Namibian desert, about 6-8 hours drive from the capital city Windhoek. The place is called "Deadvlei".... it's a petrified dead tree forest surrounded by dunes. Definitely an amazing place.
