Kody, This Is Fangy. I Just Got The News Tonight That
YOU HAVE LEFT FOR THE RAINBOW BRIDGE. I hope it is very beautiful there and that you love it very much. Maybe you will chase butterflies and catch bugs and roll around and let your tummy face the sunshine?

You and me always looked alike and our Mom and Dads love us so much. We have always been good kitties, too. :)

Your folks sure did brag about you a lot on BP and I used to dream about those big shrimp plates you got served all the time. Man. You had it made but I know you were worth it, too. Most grey kitties are. =^..^= =^..^= (smiling with my fangs hanging out)...Someday I will be there, too, at the rainbow bridge so don't forget to look for me. We will all be there way before our parents so we can be the best of friends there,okay? Please look for Lucky Boy Swan and Pookey Swan. They are already there. We Love You Always. XOXOXO -Fangy

Words fail me, 20 years is such a long time for an animal to be part of this earth and ones life it is too devastating to think owithoutth them .

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

BP Family, Chris and Tony have not just lost their sweet little girl kitty *Kody* but they have lost three kitties in just a few months time.

We lost two in a 12 month span and it has been so hard.

Please, if you are the praying kind can you keep them in your prayers for peace and comfort?

Thanks all. Love is LOVE and when we lose what we have loved it can hurt so very deeply.

We are so overwhelmed by all your thoughtful wishes about our loss of Kody. We are finding it very difficult in the van without her, luckily we have family around & we have to pull ourselves together. The other people in the park only have dogs, Kody would have liked walking past them all, listening to everyone say, "look, that's a cat on a lead!" That always made us smile. Chris and Tony, I was very saddened to learn of Kodys' passing. It has been 3 years that we lost our beloved Percy. Seems like only yesterday. He was 14 when he crossed over the rainbow bridge. Pom, you found a really lovely way to acknowledge Kody's passing. Saying "farewell" to a much-loved family member is never easy. I'm so sorry, Chris and Tony, that you've suffered such a loss three times in a short span of time.
I hope it comforts you to picture Kody and her former housemates frolicking in eternal sunshine with all the other much-missed pets, and sharing her endless supply of shrimp!
