Cats eye revisited

Uploaded: January 06, 2013

Description

This is a hand held image that I had submitted in lesson 1. 65mm macro lens was handheld approx. 1 inch from my cat with an emphases on the eye lens.
f/16 provides the greatest depth of field. This cats eye is typically cloudy, and is very sensitive to light...blinks with any additional light to image. Image is improved over the original image (where Dfine was not used). Used the shadow slider (from Aperture) for this then to Dfine. I think the eye has a more reflective, glassy, better defined and less noisy look over the first image.

Exif: F Number: 2.8, Exposure Bias Value: 0.33, ExposureTime: 1/60 seconds, Flash: did not fire., ISO: 25600, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 65.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS-1D X
