CURIOUS

On Thursday, I and my friends, Jeannie and Becky took a random ride through a part of rural Bucks County. REALLY RURAL!
---
After exploring the Stover-Myer Mill and grounds over the road from this farm, we crossed over to watch the activity in a barnyard that was chock full of sheep, goats, and cows of every shape and size.
---
In my experience it's difficult to get sheep to look up from their grazing, as it is to interest horses in cameras (unless, of course, one has brought some apples!). Cows are another story altogether.
---
But this little group of sheep (apart from the hugely fat one having a rest) seemed VERY interested in us!

Lamb isn't anywhere near the top of my favorite meats, so these critters wouldn't have to fear me! Wonderful composition and detail, Michelle! #10422676Thomas E. Hinds November 18, 2012 0
Lovely image, Michelle! Sheep are so beautiful and you've captured some curious ones here! I have had a bit of time as well trying to get them to look up while they're grazing! #10423316Carol L. Fowler November 18, 2012 0

How clever of you to go around with treats for the animals! Wonderful barnyard scene, Michelle, so beautifully composed. Had a big laugh when I read your comment yesterday...so funny that I showed it to my hubby. But you know, it's true!!! #10423529Ujjwal Mukherjee November 18, 2012 0

Beautifully captured, Michelle!I think they were a male and female, as the smaller one was calling (males call and are smaller). Lots of tadpoles anyway :-) #10423591
