Uploaded: June 14, 2012

Description

When I took a step towards the chipmunk he scampered into a hole in the log he was perched on. A minute later - out popped his little head. It was hard to get a shot without a lot of grass in it.
Hand held 100-400 lens.

This really is so cute, Kim...I have lots of holes in my trees around the yard and I always picture a little chipmunk in one just like this, but I never see one! This made me smile! #10180778
