Thanks for your comments Murry, Sharon, Claudia, Leanne amd Jean - feedback is always a gratifying thing!

This is the youngest of my three cats, and though not a kitten anymore, still has a fun, playful streak. She LOVES to get under newspapers like this.

As far as the clarity of the shot, I find with my Coolpix cameras (I've had two) I'm often astounded at the sharpness of my close-ups and macros, but less than pleased with distant shots, like landscapes. They just never seem as sharp. No idea why. Anyone else out there with Coolpix cameras have any suggestions?? #115360
