I remember seeing Wheeling on the way to my brother's first wedding (1966) in Illinois. I had never seen poverty like that before and it left a lasting impression. It seems that history does a lot of cycling.

This is by far the best HDR I have seen! Doing it with this building and in our eco times gives it that extra impact.
EXCEPTIONAL focus, DoF, framing, comp, and probably the best PoV of the building, makes me want to congratulate you in advance for a PoD or at the very least a finalist
