The White House

Description

Even though I am a Canadian, for me this was an important stop. History has been and will continue to be made here.

The grounds are gorgeous . . just wish we could have been closer. Of course there were hordes of peoples everywhere, but everyone was very respectful and there was a subdued quiet as people milled about. We found the security folks very helpful in giving information.

I love this shot with this stately building framed so beautifully with the ground greenery. It must have been breathtaking to see it in person. #1427559
