They look so tiny next to that magnificent church! Such a nice perspective Alisha! This shot is very good and original, I wish them a very happy marriage! #1881848

Alisha L. Ekstrom September 26, 2005

Thanks Kirsi for taking the time to comment!!

Lynn...SORRY I forgot to answer your question. I placed the bride & groom where I wanted them then you walk clear around the reflecting pool & I basically was standing on my head to get EVERYTHING in the shot!!!:):) It was well worth it though cause this is my most favorite image of them!! I have some more of doing different poses with the reflecting pool...I JUST HAVEN'T had time to post them yet!!!

Are you LDS? I am, I have always wanted to be married in this temple, but unfortunately I married a man who is not LDS. This Temple is absolutely beautiful. I have been there in temple square when I was about 10 or 11.....The temple does look like a castle. This photograph is just gorgous. You captured it perfect. It can't get any better than this. #2266499

Alisha L. Ekstrom January 08, 2006

No I'm not LDS, BUT we live in Logan, UT & my husband's aunt & uncle are LDS & this is her brother who got married. I LOVE this temple & I'm glad I live in Utah to take pictures of temple weddings cause their are some BEAUTIFUL temples in this state:) Thanks!!! I LOVE living over here....Where do you live? #2266699

Janessa L. Taber-Webb January 14, 2006

I live in CA...Yuba City CA. A small town that has NOTHING! SO needless to say I have been the talk of the town around here with my new photo business! The other photographers around here really have nothing to show, except for maybe two out of the whole town!!! #2286574

Hey there Alisha - thank you for visiting my gallery recently because it gave me the opportunity to come and discover your AMAZING images.
I love your wonderful portaiture shots - all very well deserved winners and finalists.
I am biased towards architectural images and this is a glorious building you've captured.
Very well done!
