Patricia, I have always called them fibre optic plants & planted them about 4 years ago-perinnial. I googled'fibre optic plant' & it seems the tech name is scripus cernuus. Saw pics of others but none of this particular type. And that's all I know-lol. If you do find out of thts the actual name-pls let me know! Thanks for checking my gallery! #9641000
