moon rise

Uploaded: August 14, 2011

Description

This photo was taken at Sunia, Athens, Greece on 13/8/2011, day of the biggest full moon of the year. The moon rise is just before the sun goes under. The warm sunlight is coming from behind me. I took two different shots, one for the bird and one for the moon, and with layer mask blended the two photos together. It was not possible to expose for both at the same time. And the bird didn´t want to wait anyway !
Settings for bird F/5,1/1600sec,200iso,165mm. settings for moon F/11,1/80sec,100iso.both on tripod.

Exif: F Number: 5, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/1600 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 200, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 165.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 7D
