Very beautiful image, Paul. The tonality in the b/w just draws me in to that beautiful vista. Love the reflections and the sky ... wow! #1468675Paul R. Nelson June 12, 2012
Thank you very much Carla. I really appreciate your comments. This is one of my favorite b/w images for those very reasons. I went to this spot hoping to catch a rainbow when the storm passed, but was quite satisfied with this. I like the color version as well, but prefer this version as it is easier to appreciate the sky. #10177704Deborah C. Lewinson July 14, 2012
Gorgeous image, Paul, outstanding tones and clarity! Also great choice for B&W with those clouds!Debby #10229657

Thank you, Debby. The original color version was nice, but the colors were so intense because of the lighting and the recent rain that it drew attention away from the clouds, which I thought was one of the strong points in this image. I also really like clouds, so the choice was easy for me; it is nice to know you agree. #10230629Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
