This picture is fasinating. How did you get the pinks to not be orange? #3854999

Samuel Smith January 23, 2007

i'm not really sure of your question.
the clouds were pink, why would'nt they be recorded as pink?
from mid summer thru early fall here in the midwest the humidity stays very high.if you go out when crops are being harvested, which spews a lot of dust into the air and gets absorbed into the clouds, the angle of the sun as it sets actually turns the clouds into more like a prism.as it sets farther down past the horizon the light is difracted even more and then shines up under the clouds.a few minutes after this was taken the clouds lost all color and went back to being grey.
well,thanks for the visit,and I hope my explanation is a bit of help,sam #3855499
