Description

Taken from a recent car show. Used numerous layers for this. Used on one software for main photo for coloring effects. Quick select car (inverse)and took original background and used flood filter. Cloned a lightpole. added a frame from plugin site, flood again, pixel bender. Then I added front of car with more cloning. I have not figured out how the inside of car got to be this color yet so I am sorry about the greenish color. A little more tweeking of color and I think that is it.

this is very creative Patricia. I like it. Had never thought of combining the fore and aft images into one. Great concept. #9492057

Exceptional use of editing software Patricia. You have many great photo art images but this one stands out for me.

Your use of the flood filter and overlaying the smaller car creates an excellent visual statement.

Thanks for including the befor pictures so we can see the transformation you performed. #9492693

Phyllis A. Houghton June 28, 2011

You are very talented. I like how you brought out the colors and came up with a way to show the front and back. I will check out the flood filter as that added uniqueness to this image.Thank you so much for explaining your work. #9493530

Thanks Dale, Irene, Phyllis and Neal. I actually made this for my Dad. Dale I try to remember to upload original when I do something like this. Easier to understand what I did especially if I remember all the details that went into it. Irene front and back of a car is easier to print one photo as two. MAy take a lot of work but it is worth it. Neal I hope my Dad says wow also. Phyllis I think you would like flood I believe you can try a trial. #9496745

Girl, you did some fine work with this one. Looks like you took the picture in a studio. I am very impressed. #9496780

I like being able to see both the front & the back in one photo! Great idea! The box frame with sky is a much better bg, too.

I wonder if the sky blue is what is that greenish color you were talking about?? It kindof looks like the same color as the upper left in the frame. How it got there is a mystery to me, too! :) Still, I like the final photo! #9498222

Fantastic DD work! Love the idea and presentation and the use of the flood filter. #9498747

Chris Ebben July 01, 2011

The flood filter works very well in this situation, makes for a much more interesting image than the original ones on plain concrete or with distracting vehicles in the back-ground. Very well thought up & presented. Good work=^..^= #9498857
