Eastern Skies
Uploaded: June 21, 2011
Went out front this morning to put the hose sprinkler head on the bed of flowers. Awfully warm and dry here. Looked up and saw the sky and went back inside and grabbed the camera.

Now that is a photographer's reaction for you; the flowers can wait! Very nice, Dan. I like how you framed the sunrise with the silhouetted trees in the foreground. Well done. #1387052Dan W. Dooley June 21, 2011
Thanks Paul. Some scenes just won't wait. A few minutes delay and it will all be gone. :-) #9471754Sherran Andersen June 21, 2011

My grandma used to paint... Often when we would see skies like this she would say, if you painted this, it wouldnt look real... this is one of those skies!! Amazing! #9472838Dan W. Dooley June 22, 2011
Thanks Nicole. I used to paint as well but certain things I'd never try to duplicate. Way beyond my skill level. :-) #9472845Misty Blue June 22, 2011

Absolutely love Dan. I am looking more and more for His appearing. One day soon we will see His lovely face. We need to keep our heart set on His appearing, and be ready at a moments notice. #9478573Dan W. Dooley June 23, 2011
Absolutely, Kathy. My thoughts exactly prompted the title. :-) #9479995Jean Lechleiter June 25, 2011
